Order Processing:
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Customers will receive a notification once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and the logistics partner’s serviceability.

Shipping Charges:
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Order Tracking:
Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email or SMS containing the shipment tracking details, enabling real-time monitoring of the delivery status.

Delivery Delays:
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events such as natural calamities, courier delays, or public holidays may result in unavoidable delays. Mireva Cashews shall not be held liable for such circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Mireva Cashews, we maintain the highest standards of quality and packaging. Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we offer an exchange as per the terms below.

Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchanges are applicable only for defective or damaged products.

• The issue must be reported to our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Customers are required to share the order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue for verification.

Non-Returnable Items:
As cashews are perishable goods, all items are non-returnable once delivered. Requests for return or refund due to personal preference or change of mind will not be accepted.

Exchange Procedure:
Upon successful verification and approval of the claim, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost to the customer. Mireva Cashews reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
