From the Konkan Soil to Homes Across India

Our story begins in the early 1970s, when our grandparents would walk through the orchards of coastal Konkan, handpicking cashew nuts under the summer sun. With simple tools and strong hands, they roasted and shelled each nut with care — not as a business, but as a family craft. Those early days planted the seeds of what would one day become Mireva Cashew.

As the years passed, our passion for authentic taste and local craftsmanship grew. What began as a small family endeavor has now blossomed into a trusted name in the cashew industry — with two modern processing units that combine traditional methods with quality-driven innovation.

But growth, for us, has always meant more than production. It’s about people.
Today, our work provides 25–30 direct and indirect employment opportunities in our rural community — and we are proud that 95% of our workforce are women from economically deprived backgrounds. Their skill, dedication, and spirit are the true strength of Mireva Cashew, helping us turn a local craft into a movement of empowerment.

We also work hand in hand with local farmers, sourcing only authentic Konkani cashews. By keeping our sourcing local, we not only ensure the finest quality and freshness but also create a sustainable chain that uplifts the farmers who have nurtured these orchards for generations.
